The staff weren't very friendly or attentive.
I wanted to ask for a different Playmobil toy and they flat-out told me to go somewhere else, like a McDonald's.

Excellent experience at this McDonald's!
We were greeted by what appeared to be the manager, who took our order with a smile, which was really nice. The fries and burgers arrived quickly, piping hot, and without any mistakes, despite our order having many changes to the sandwiches.
An efficient and friendly team. Thank you for the excellent service.

I usually come to this McDonald's, which is usually calm and quiet. However, the service is very slow (over 15 minutes). There's no soap or light in the restrooms. It's just unacceptable for such a busy restaurant...

Following a small oversight in my order, he immediately rectified the problem with great efficiency and even added a few sauces as compensation.
It's rare to meet someone so pleasant, understanding, and attentive in a fast food restaurant; it really makes you want to come back! 😊
I even went to thank him at the end of my meal for his kindness and excellent service.
