First time at the drive-thru, no problem.
On the second visit, over a 20-minute wait for a McSmart with three other people already in the McDonald's.
Third time at 4:30 PM, they didn't have change for €50, offered us a drink as compensation (very kind of them), but forgot the dessert from our order… I'm giving 3 stars for their effort, but honestly, they need to stop taking their customers for granted.
