McDonald's sur Montpellier

Forgot a bag of fries (the first one looked like yesterday's fries...).

The order was quick, and the food was good quality, but the burgers were pre-made, so they weren't very fresh. The staff were friendly. The tables were a bit dirty. The location is its strong point, with a view of Place de la Comédie 🤩 The €5 menu is highly recommended!

Terrible staff: a young man at the till who speaks rudely to customers and has a nonchalance rarely seen in the restaurant industry, especially as a receptionist.

The gentleman with the shaved head was very kind despite the time we ordered, thank you very much.

I came with my sister one evening for ice cream, and the service was fine, as it was quick. The employee who served us was very friendly! However, I didn't appreciate the security guard making a comment to my sister about our order. Apparently, we weren't allowed to share an order, and therefore couldn't go upstairs. I found this unfortunate because, logically, customers have the right to share their order or not if they wish. Furthermore, if they've ordered, they also have the right to go upstairs. What bothered us even more was feeling like we were being watched. The security guard told us he'd seen us yesterday and was letting us through this time. I don't understand what was wrong with what we did. We just wanted to eat in peace, not cause any trouble. The experience left us feeling uneasy; it's not pleasant to feel uncomfortable and scrutinized. I don't think we'll be going back for the time being.

The employee who took our orders at 9:03 PM on April 22, 2026, was very professional and helpful, which is quite rare at McDonald's. Employee of the year!
