Quality and perfectly mastered products, both meat and fish. We come especially from Besançon and we can affirm that the chef deserves a Michelin star.
While passing through Vesoul I recently had the opportunity to dine at the Monnin restaurant and I must say that my experience was simply exceptional. As soon as I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the attentive and smiling staff. The food was simply delicious, with tasty and perfectly presented dishes. The ambiance of the restaurant was also very pleasant, creating a friendly and relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend the Monnin restaurant to all lovers of good cuisine and unforgettable moments. It’s definitely an address to remember for memorable meals.
A place that is both relaxed and chic and has a very relaxing living atmosphere.
As for the food, what can I say, refined dishes served with the good humor and delicacy of the waitress (who is as cultured as the dictionary and as well as the wine pairings which are breathtaking, it is a pleasure without name.
For my part, I am on a journey of escape around these dishes magnificently prepared by a formidable chef (I think since there is the plaque at the entrance of master restaurateur).
I recommend you do this once in your life, it's worth the detour and the curiosity.
