Very attentive, great atmosphere and very helpful, everything is perfect, come one, come all!

Despite a bit of trouble placing my order, the establishment was very welcoming and accommodating. It's nice to have service, unlike all the fast-food chains. Hooray for local businesses!

We had a fantastic evening. There were almost ten of us celebrating my 40th birthday, and it's hard to find a restaurant that caters to everyone's dietary needs, preferences, and restrictions, but Ninkasi was perfect for everyone. No disappointment whatsoever! The cocktails and mocktails were excellent, the snacks, and even the burgers and fries, were cooked to perfection (kudos to the kitchen!), and everything was delicious. It was a far cry from my memories of the Ninkasi I had a few years ago (the one in Gerland), where things weren't great. The service was top-notch: a new waiter took care of us, and he was professional, welcoming, smiling, and friendly. There were no mistakes with our order, even though there were a lot of us. And there was very little wait to be served; the communication and organization between the kitchen and the staff were excellent. The only downside was the price; it's still quite expensive for Lyon, where you can find incredibly high-quality and delicious burgers for less. But anyway, we had a really good evening so we'll probably do it again in the same place.

We came for the After work, and we enjoyed it, thank you to the service.

We stopped by for a beer before a match at Olympique Lyon. We couldn't have found a better place for this purpose. The staff was polite, the orders came quickly. Ale-z , Ale-z Ninkasi San Souci

I've been coming here quite regularly for 4 years, always a good time, but I feel like the quality of the products has dropped slightly; I remember eating really excellent burgers (especially the Cheese on fire), but for the last few months, the burgers are still good, but it's not the same... less generous perhaps, I don't know!

We had a fantastic, trouble-free evening at Ninkasi. The rock band was great, and our waiter Hugo was very attentive and efficient.

Great experience with friends on a Saturday night, with a fantastic concert! The staff is amazing, efficient, and friendly, despite the fast pace. Good burgers and fries, served quickly. The owner is very friendly. We'll be back!
