A very beautiful address in the heart of Bourg-en-Bresse. Two menus to choose from with seasonal produce. Beautiful plates whose delicious flavors added to the pleasure of the eyes. The lamb was a treat, perfectly preserved. A killing. Congratulations to the chef for his cooking and thank you for the two small limoncellos offered during the coffees. The little attention that always pleases and ends a good culinary moment.

The food is very good and the Chef very friendly.
On the other hand, I don't think the waiter is professional...
He didn't offer us any water when we arrived, we had to wait 15 minutes for him to ask us if we wanted an aperitif and send us the menu.
We waited another 10 minutes for an appetizer after having had our cuts.
Then he finally took our order.
I then had to ask him for the wine list because apparently he didn't think it was useful to present it to us.
After this chaotic start, fortunately the rest went well.
Thanks again for the limoncillo offered at the end of the meal!!!

We had the opportunity to taste the new menu, the starter cold tomato soup and lavender ice cream is just excellent. Without a doubt, a passionate and committed chef. Bravo to him.

Dinner last night a first, and not disappointed.
Good welcome, pleasant and dynamic service.
Good food with a very good mention for the can dish, the beetroot and vegetables cooked to perfection and a juice to die for.
Thank you to chef Jérôme Beau for coming to see us at the end of the meal.
Not 4 stars for the atmosphere because the terrace lacks a little decoration compared to the interior, but very quiet.
We will come back and don't hesitate in the future.

Restaurant dont la façade ressemble à tant d’autres dans la rue.
Mais vous rentrez dans un lieu chic et sobre. J’ai mangé derrière.
Sur la terrasse ou plutôt dans une ancienne cour. En plein cœur du centre-ville.
Le silence et dort. Vous avez l’impression d’être ailleurs.
J’ai mangé entre midis et deux, sans réservation.
Assis à côté de la cuisine. Vous sentez la bonne odeur qui stimule votre odorat.
Le chef fait des merveilles. Ça fond dans la bouche.
L’accueil, le service, rapport, qualité, prix. Je n’ai rien à dire.
Je vous conseille de réserver…….

Tomato soup as a starter, fish with peas as a main course and apricot charlotte.
