A big thank you to Enzo who was incredibly efficient with the service, as I was in a hurry. I highly recommend this place; the cassoulet was excellent and the main course was very good.

A great place to eat in Castelnaudary. The food is good and beautifully presented. The cassoulet was particularly delicious. The restaurant is very spacious, both inside and out. There's also a bar. The service is quite fast.

After a week in the region, the culinary quest being cassoulet, these are hands down winners. Hats off to the chef, the broth is incredible for cooking the beans, the meat perfectly cooked and the assembly divine. The welcome is top notch and eating there three times in two days... No need for further details. An address to remember ❤️

24/02/2026: It's been a long time since I've had such a great overnight stay. Clean and well-equipped room. The meal was simply excellent (homemade cassoulet). Friendly and attentive staff. In short, a VERY GOOD PLACE TO STAY.

01/11/2025: Extraordinary! It's pure madness to stumble upon such a restaurant in Castelnaudary. Don't hesitate: you'll be blown away! The chef? A real character—like Obelix, he fell into the kitchen as a child. The welcome and service are absolutely wonderful, sincere and warm. And the cassoulet… a symphony of flavors! A huge thank you to this magnificent conductor, a true master of cassoulet. I can't wait to go back and make my taste buds sing again!
