We just enjoyed two delicious individual Opera cakes. For years, all the birthday cakes have been very much appreciated. This year's galette was also a treat. Friendly service.

Absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend it. And even more so the macarons, which are delicious! We regularly stroll through Chantilly and often stop by to pick up a few. 🧁🍰🎂

We come here from time to time when we're in Chantilly for the macarons, it's simply amazing. Even the bread is excellent. It's a shame we don't live closer! 🎂👍

Le Jardin d'Hiver

10/01/2026: A very good experience at the Jardin d'Hiver restaurant for my partner's birthday. The place is magnificent, the staff very friendly and welcoming, and the food refined. I highly recommend it!
08/01/2026: A magnificent restaurant in an incredible hotel. We dined in the winter garden last night. The service was very good, but I do have a few comments. First, my partner had requested the rare veal (even though it's not the ideal way to cook this type of meat), and it arrived very well-done. I don't know if the chef decided to ignore his request. As for me, I ordered the prawns. They were very good but very small; there were only six on my plate, which I find stingy for the price.
