Very friendly staff who don't keep customers waiting! Special mention for the wonderful person who helped me clean up the traces of spilled hot chocolate, it warms my heart to see such kind people!

It's good, but really dirty when you're there. Really sad that people are so dirty and the place isn't cleaned regularly enough.
