Pavyllon sur Paris

For a first experience in this restaurant, the cuisine was exceptional, the dishes, nothing to say, the service was great and the atmosphere at the bar was great. A very good time, gives a very large table. THANKS.

Troisième diner dans ce restaurant depuis l'ouverture et le niveau général reste au top. Le diner était excellent avec un soufflé au fromage aérien et un lièvre à la royale parfaitement exécuté et très parfumé. Le poire au dessert était un peu en dessous avec un feuilletage qui n'apporte rien au plat. Service rapide et très professionnel. On peut seulement regretter l'absence de pré dessert et de mise en bouche, habituels dans un étoilé ainsi qu'une carte des vins à prix très élevés.

Completely loved this more relaxed but amazing culinary experience. We did the full tasting, but ordered our wine à la carte, with a burgundy first and a Bordeaux second. The wine list is a treasure! Tasting menu was incredible. In asking my family what they liked of the tasting menu, the answer was “everything” (even my ten year old. Top picks were: venison with foie gras which was incredibly balanced and perfectly prepared. Orzo with osetra and bone marrow - delicious balance again with just a little sharpness of Parmesan to provide a base for the bone marrow and caviar. Fish course was really excellent - creamy base with a gorgeous piece of sole. I can’t say enough. We plan trips around Michelin starred restaurants and Pavyllon was supposed to be a downtempo night, but it has been the star of our trip to Paris.

Hello, excellent cuisine but disappointed by the welcome / placement, I had reserved in advance a table along the windows to be one-on-one with my wife (and therefore not at the counter) and had informed the same day that I would be late. When I arrived the table was no longer available (and the person on the phone 20 minutes before had said nothing to me about it) and we were placed at the counter: not really a “tete-a-tete” lunch. . Furthermore, no action from management, simply unacceptable in a restaurant of this level...what's the point of booking?

Welcome, service, sommelier everything is perfect as always with chef Alléno. The wine was very good. We chose hare à la royale (75€) and venison rossini (63€). As an accompaniment we had a very good mash. Both dishes and the mash were barely lukewarm. The hare had too much bitterness which made the dish austere. Lack of balance, gluttony and generosity. We are used to Michelin-starred ones but frankly the quantities were really low for the price. Damage… We had lunch at the Abysse in September and we were delighted but then we were disappointed.

Un déjeuner dans le jardin d’hiver très agréable. Service efficace et sympathique Le lièvre à la royale est tes bon ainsi que la terrine à partager à deux.

Exceptional setting and cuisine Very attentive service

I had dinner for the first time in the restaurant in Monte Carlo and what can I say if not sublime... The dishes were exceptional as always but most of all the experience was made magnificent by the equally excellent service. Friendly, smiling and super-prepared staff! From the mise en bouche to the dessert everything was perfect. Congratulations to everyone, thanks to Enzo for making this dinner unforgettable.
