Everything was fantastic, excellent value for money. The cassoulet was to die for! Highly recommended. We had the adult menu for €21 and the children's menu for €11. Everything was absolutely delicious! We'll definitely be back when we return to Carcassonne.

Very good for a reasonable price

We had a wonderful time as a couple, with two very friendly waiters. It was much more pleasant being out of season. The food was beautifully presented and delicious; the red mullet and tournedos were slightly overcooked, but that's a minor detail that can be addressed. Thank you for a lovely meal.

Rustic restaurant with little decoration and in which the space is used to the maximum to place tables and diners. The truth is that inside it is not very spacious, in the sense that the tables are very close together. They seek to serve as many customers as possible with the greatest possible rotation. This can be a bit "overwhelming". However, the place is what it is. The space is well used, without too much decoration or attention to detail. Here what is important is the food. They offer a daily menu that consists of a first course, second course and dessert. For the first course, you can choose between several types of salads, baked camembert cheese... And for the second course, among the proposals there is meat, fish... There is also the typical Cassoulete. It includes a dessert, some of them homemade. In our case, we chose the baked cheese and the Cassoulete. The camembert was melted to the point, tasty and accompanied by a little salad. If you like cheese, this is probably your dish. For the second course, the Cassoulete made with white beans, cooked over low heat with a thick sauce that accompanies them and a piece of duck (leg) and a piece of sausage. It is a spoonful dish, consistent. With a powerful and intense flavor. It is worth trying the typical dishes of the regions, at least once. For dessert, we opted for the creme brûlée and the panna cotta. Both made by them, artisanal and well prepared. The service was correct. Since the restaurant was very full, they took a while to serve us. In our case, it was good for us to shelter from the wind and recover from the cold.

Excellent value for money for the €21 set menu; generous portions and delicious food. Our hotel recommended it as a truly "homemade" restaurant. The atmosphere is a bit cold in winter, but very authentic. A great find!
