Excellent welcome from the waiter who allowed us to sit on the terrace as early as 6:45 pm, even though service didn't start until 7:00 pm. Varied menu, reasonable prices. Beautifully presented dishes. We had a lovely time. Thank you! 😁

The food was incredibly delicious! The onion soup was piping hot and had the perfect balance of bread, cheese, and flavorful broth. The cassoulet was the star of the meal: creamy beans, wonderfully seasoned, and the meat incredibly tender.
The crème brûlée was a worthy finale to this fantastic meal.
We would eat here again in a heartbeat! 👍👌🏼 The waiters were also very quick, incredibly friendly, and welcoming. During the meal, great 70s music played in the background: so cool! ❤️👍👌🏼

Amazing cassoulet. Perfect as a main course. Incredible flavor.
Perfect price for being inside the walls of Carcassonne.
We ate inside and they let us bring our dogs.
The waiters were very friendly.
The bathroom was spotless.
Highly recommended.

Excellent value for money, especially considering it's right in the Cité. They have a set menu for €21 which is quite good; I was able to try the onion soup and the famous cassoulet.
The only downside, as is typical throughout France, is the high price of drinks, but you get used to it. And the service was a bit slow.

Excellent home-style cooking and efficient, friendly service at this charming restaurant with a magnificent setting and a splendid view of part of the city walls and towers. A very friendly and professional young waiter quickly found my wife and me a table on the terrace. From appetizers to desserts, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal! We highly recommend this fantastic place! 👍🏻🫶
