good 21€ menu. the waitstaff kept the bottles of (free) cold water coming to the table unasked. the cappuccino was served with whipped cream and a straw and had too much milk - it was more like a latte.

A wonderful discovery! I hadn't been to this restaurant before; it was recommended to me, and frankly, I have absolutely no regrets.
The starter was superb, the main course excellent, and above all, the portions were very generous. Everything was truly delicious. The service was also top-notch: a very responsive and attentive manager, and very pleasant and professional servers.
Despite the crowd, the service remained efficient and friendly. I have absolutely no complaints; everything was perfect!
I recommend this restaurant without hesitation. Don't hesitate to go; you won't be disappointed! 😊

A typical restaurant in the medieval city of Carcassonne. A very warm welcome, and the servers are responsive and efficient. You'll find excellent value for money and a very good cassoulet. 😉

The staff were very friendly and willing to find us a table even without a reservation.
They seated us inside given the summer heat.
Good food, fast service, fair prices.
