A wonderful discovery! Congratulations to the managers for taking over this establishment. A very well-located establishment, with ample parking... Courteous staff, very good food! Fair prices. We'll be back for Valentine's Day.

The table setting and ambiance were inviting and stylish, making you feel immediately at home. The menu was perfectly coordinated, the dishes freshly prepared, delicious, and served in generous portions. The wine deserves special mention – perfectly tempered and a delight for the palate. The value for money is more than excellent – ​​here you get quality, service, and ambiance at a truly fair price. An all-around successful experience that I would happily recommend.

The staff is pleasant, the food is good and the service is fast! However, I think the mashed potatoes and vegetables should be improved for the meat accompaniments... Can't wait to come back to try the Supreme sauce!

I ate at the Auberge du Cygne in Grosbliederstroff, and I highly recommend it! The welcome was super warm, the service excellent, and the atmosphere very friendly. Everything was delicious, from starter to dessert. A little extra: I'm a vegetarian, and the chef prepared a risotto and a revisited flammekueche just for me, even though it wasn't even on the menu. A nice touch that I really appreciated!

Le Cygne, still worth a detour! All the dishes (foie gras, pâté, entrecôte, cordon bleu, escalope de veau, profiteroles, café dessert) were plentiful, very tasty, and well-prepared.
