A very warm welcome. Excellent cuisine, served with generosity and great care. A wonderful family reunion with lovely music, much appreciated in a typical Saint-Jean-de-Luz setting. The added bonus: a team of wonderful people who offer a warm welcome, quality service, and regional cuisine at reasonable prices in a very pleasant working atmosphere. In short! A must-visit! After reading some negative reviews, we were worried about ending up in a touristy restaurant! What a pleasant surprise to discover this place, its excellent and generous cuisine, its warm welcome, and reasonable prices. Impeccable service. Thank you, Maïder, and the whole team!

Lunch as a couple on a weekday off-season. A very warm welcome in a lovely setting and atmosphere right from the start of service (we arrived around noon), with a beautiful, comforting fireplace at the beginning of the year. A short but comprehensive menu and a very tempting daily special. The food is cooked over a wood fire. Dishes are perfect for sharing, ideal for a complete culinary experience by sampling from your neighbors' plates. The portions are very generous and hearty: we chose the Zanburiñas (appetizers) followed by the duck breast with a side of fries, all meant for sharing, enough to leave us completely satisfied. We finished with the indulgent chocolate fondant. You are very well guided and advised on the best choices to make according to your tastes; not being from the region, I greatly appreciated the explanations provided and was charmed by the dishes served.

Go there without hesitation, whether it's for the fish or the rib-eye steak, it's amazing, an address to remember 😉

We went for lunch and were delighted. Everything was delicious, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the place was lovely. The fish was especially noteworthy; we had a spectacular turbot. I'll definitely be back.

A superb evening at Les Pigeons Blancs! 😍🕊️ I had dinner there yesterday with a friend and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from start to finish. The zamburiñas and the perfect egg were incredible—I especially loved the perfect egg, it was a true marvel 💛. The Txuleta was simply perfect: ultra-tender, juicy meat bursting with flavor 🥩✨. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming! It's definitely the place to be in Saint-Jean-de-Luz! A huge thank you to Maïder for her warm and attentive service, and to Chef Benji, who truly impressed us with the quality of the dishes, along with his sous-chef 👨‍🍳🔥. Great experience at Les Pigeons Blancs. We ate very well and received excellent service in perfect Spanish. The terrace is very welcoming if the weather is nice.

Stellar hospitality!! The Hake in the Buerre Blanc sauce was one of the best prepared fish dishes I ever had! My husband ordered the duck, again absolutely done perfectly with a reduction sauce! Viva Aux Pigeons Blancs!!!!
