What a delightful discovery this PMU bistro-restaurant is! While the decor is undeniably rustic, a relic of another era, the generous cuisine, also inherited from its mystical past, is a true delight. The sweetbreads were delicious. A fine selection of offal dishes is also available, including kidneys, calf's head, black pudding, and ribeye steak for a classic touch. The homemade fries are a rare find, and the dessert menu is excellent, featuring profiteroles, vacherin, chocolate mousse, and more. Thank you, gentlemen of the management! Quantity and quality are the two main words for this establishment. No frills, very good service. Very friendly waiter.
