A very good meal, both the main courses and desserts. However, there is one major area for improvement: the length of the service. Once this detail is addressed, I will gladly return to this beautiful wine cellar.

The owner's kindness and attentiveness were unwavering, and the food was excellent. The Alsatian salad with cervelas sausage was delicious, and the hanger steak was incredibly tender. We will definitely be back with great pleasure! And a special thank you to the owner, who was ready to help us out with a dead battery, which he managed to get our car started anyway.

The restaurant is located in an impressive vaulted cellar of a former manor house in Barr. Many descriptions on various websites are no longer accurate, as the restaurant has since been very discreetly and sensitively restored. The menu offers a variety of traditional Alsatian cuisine. The wine selection is largely regional, yet diverse. We particularly enjoyed the service. The welcome was both friendly and humorous, making us feel immediately at ease. We were guided through the menu courses in a relaxed, yet attentive, and friendly manner. If you want to enjoy authentic Alsatian food in an exceptional setting, this is the place for you. And at a truly fair price. We can therefore highly recommend the Caveau Folie Marco restaurant.

The menu was very good. The service was a problem. We weren't allowed dessert, and it was impossible to get the menu despite several requests from the wait staff. After half an hour, we left. Too bad, they seemed very tasty.

Very good experience. I was there with my dear and tender. The owner is super friendly and the meal is excellent...homemade, I recommend! I was not disappointed, the setting and the atmosphere are super nice.
