28/03/2024: Small, friendly menu with a good selection. World's best roast veal with spaetzle and morels. Super delicate and extremely tasteful. Children's meal with steak and vegetables was great and very high quality. Overall inexpensive. Nice service. This is what a restaurant on vacation should be like. Thanks!

01/04/2024: Excellent cuisine (sauerkraut and shank with Munster sauce) and very pleasant atmosphere. The owner welcomed us with open arms, bringing a bowl of water for our thirsty dog after a long walk.
Ideal address for customers who want to discover Alsatian specialties.

01/04/2024: Good address, unfortunately some disappointments with the meal.
The foie gras as a starter: excellent but the portion is too generous, I was no longer hungry after this stage of the meal.
I chose the scallops as a main course, same thing, excellent but unlike the starter, the dish was only composed of 3 scallops for a price which is therefore not justified. No accompaniment except salt for decoration.
It's a shame because the taste is there.
Finally, I tested several gastro, semi-gastro restaurants, the margin that your restaurant takes on bottles (especially wine) is very high.
Competitors in your sector have better value for money... (the price of water too...)
However, I must highlight exemplary service.
