What a wonderful discovery this bistro is, discreetly honoring traditional cuisine. I opted for the veal kidneys: the cooking was impeccable, but it was the wine sauce, the true heart of the dish, that captivated my palate. The generous accompaniments, where the earthy note of the porcini mushrooms worked wonders, completed the meal. A place to discover.
