Friendly atmosphere and warm welcome upon entering the establishment run by Jean Pierre, a great fan of rockabilly and Rock & Roll from the 50s. Recommended to all rockers passing through Annecy.

24/11/2024: Excellent service, bonne cuisine. Nous avons passé un excellent moment, excellent service et cuisine. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
23/07/2024: En visite à Annecy à la recherche d’un restaurant pour dîner . Notre choix c’est arrêté sur l’incandescence. Nous avons très bien dîner un accueil très chaleureux.Une équipe efficace. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la cuisine Que le lendemain à midi nous y sommes retournés pour le menu du midi où nous avons très bien déjeuné. Cet établissement mérite d’être connu.
