If you're passing through Saint-Omer, book a table at Claire'Marais. They have a great selection of non-alcoholic drinks (a real treat). And don't worry, they also have a good selection of alcoholic drinks. They offer a two-course tasting menu. The restaurant is warm and inviting, with lovely decor.

Excellent restaurant in Saint-Omer!
The chef works wonders with quality ingredients. Her original "plate" concept allows you to discover delicate and flavorful dishes, whether you choose meat or vegetarian options, in a very well-thought-out flexitarian approach without any pretentious talk. The cuisine (including the desserts) is excellent and exquisitely refined. Bravo to the chef!
The service is perfect, attentive yet discreet. Bravo to the staff!
The restaurant is very well located with parking nearby. A quality establishment that I highly recommend.

A truly wonderful place. The decor is modern and cozy, the welcome is warm, and the seating is comfortable.
They offer a few innovative cocktails that make you want to try something different.
The set menu allows you to sample several dishes, like gourmet tapas.
Everything we ordered was delicious.
A great find.
And a quick wave from the chef in the kitchen as we were leaving. That's always a nice touch 😃.
Well done to this restaurant that made us say: this is something different!

We've always loved our meals at this restaurant. The menu changes regularly, featuring seasonal produce, and the dishes are both healthy and delicious. The flavor combinations are often daring, always well-thought-out, and perfectly executed.
For example, we came yesterday, and I ordered a dish with anchovies and apricots: a surprising combination, but truly delicious.
The service is quick and efficient, and the staff is always smiling. We also appreciate the wide selection of wines, natural soft drinks, and spirits, which perfectly complement the food.
We don't hesitate to drive 45 minutes just to eat here. It's a place we highly recommend and truly appreciate.
