The experience was excellent; food was stunning, service was tentative and subtle, and excellent value. In addition, we had our baby with us, and the staff was so considerate. We appreciate that it is not always possible to accommodate a baby in a fine dining environment.

Excellent food! We got the brunch option on a Sunday. Each of us was able to try 3 different dishes among a great selection. Everything was really excellent, presentation was beautiful and service was professional and efficient.
Highly recommended if you go to Saint-Omer.

If you're passing through Saint-Omer, book a table at Claire'Marais. They have a great selection of non-alcoholic drinks (a real treat). And don't worry, they also have a good selection of alcoholic drinks. They offer a two-course tasting menu. The restaurant is warm and inviting, with lovely decor.

Excellent restaurant in Saint-Omer!
The chef works wonders with quality ingredients. Her original "plate" concept allows you to discover delicate and flavorful dishes, whether you choose meat or vegetarian options, in a very well-thought-out flexitarian approach without any pretentious talk. The cuisine (including the desserts) is excellent and exquisitely refined. Bravo to the chef!
The service is perfect, attentive yet discreet. Bravo to the staff!
The restaurant is very well located with parking nearby. A quality establishment that I highly recommend.
