Restaurant Henri IV sur Eauze

We are residents of the area and therefore did not stay at the hotel. This review concerns only the restaurant, which we had for dinner as a couple and which was rightly recommended to us. Ideally located in the historic center of Eauze, the establishment is a charming period house with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The welcome is warm, and the staff is kind and attentive. They serve authentic and delicious cuisine, as flavorful as it is generous, served with a smile. What more could you ask for? We will definitely be back!

We stayed one night at Hotel Henri IV while walking the chemin du puy. The location was great and the room was simple but perfect for our needs, and really clean. However, what really stood out were the staff who were super friendly and helpful and did everything they could to make our stay memorable, including doing the laundry in super-quick time (when the local laundromat was ' en panne') to adapting the restaurant menu to meet dietary needs. And the resident border collie is just gorgeous!
