We tried the Nordic spa and outdoor sauna despite the inclement weather; the place was lovely, and the staff were great too. The price was exceptional: €55 for two people for one hour. Thank you for this wonderful experience to round off our Valentine's weekend.

The location was good. Our apartment was very nice; however, we weren't informed that it was located outside the hotel. Also, the staff wasn't at all welcoming to us because we're not white. Let's be frank. We booked a spa session, and the receptionist called us to make sure we hadn't left without paying! First time in Annecy, and certainly the last. I wish I had known about this part of town.

We had a very good experience at this hotel where we stayed one night. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very well located, with free parking, which is a real plus. The breakfast buffet was extensive and varied. We would gladly return and highly recommend it.

A magical place, very comfortable beds, spotless, and a magnificent view of the lake and mountains from our balcony. A very classy restaurant with a panoramic view of the lake. Special mention for the warm and friendly welcome from Clémence and Ophélie. Very professional and always smiling. A wonderful stay. A big thank you to the whole team. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend this establishment for both the hotel and the restaurant.

I stayed there in the winter... the view is absolutely gorgeous and the staff are amazing! ✅✅ Breakfast was very, very limited. Parking is free. It's considered expensive. 🙂

18/01/2025: A magnificent place; the decoration of the hotel is modern and very beautiful, the rooms are amazing. The welcome is perfect and the meal excellent. The view from the hotel, just a stone's throw from the lake, adds further charm to the place. We had a wonderful weekend!

03/09/2024: It was full elsewhere, so much the better, great setting on the terrace by the lake, relaxed and top-notch service, and delicious Carpaccio.
01/09/2024: We were well received, the staff were pleasant and we had a good meal with a magnificent view. Go there with your eyes closed!
