We had a fantastic time in this cave. Brice gave us excellent advice on the wine and appetizers, and Matteo took over for the meat. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

A wonderful experience at Le Gueuleton in Tours, in a unique and very pleasant setting, nestled in a magnificent troglodyte cellar.
The dry-aged beef, especially the Spanish chuleta, was excellent, perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. The desserts were also magnificent, as beautiful as they were delicious.
The grill was superb, with perfectly executed cooking, but a special mention goes to the waiter: even better! Friendly, attentive, and professional, he truly contributed to making this a particularly enjoyable meal.
An excellent choice for lovers of good meat and good times. We will gladly return!
