We ate at both the Toulon and Montlouis locations, and they were equally delicious 😍😍😍
We ordered the "foodie" menu, which I highly recommend before a walk because it's excellent and very generous!!!!
Thank you to Aurore, Yvan (the terrible one), Sandrine, Alyson, Florian, Sacha, and Mathéo. Each of them brings their own personality to this unique place, making it an incredible restaurant!!!

A magnificent and unusual place (troglodyte) with a warm welcome and very good advice regarding wine 🍷 a cuisine with great taste and top products 👌 I highly recommend the feast menu which allows you to discover wonderful dishes with family or friends!

We came today, August 20, 2026.
We had an excellent meal. The setting is unique, the food was excellent, and all the staff were friendly and helpful.

This restaurant truly lives up to its reputation!!
We came this evening with the whole family.
An exceptional experience,
worthy of the legacy of the famous wine cellar!
Passionate staff, incredibly attentive.
The owner is also very knowledgeable.
A promising young sommelier,
A cigar specialist waiter!
Another very funny and very professional waiter!
In short, nothing to complain about, except!
That we'll be back.
It's a pleasure to still see people who love their work as much as I do, being in the industry.

A Parisian couple on holiday in the region. Charming place, friendly service, excellent cuisine. We had veal chop (cooked to perfection) and a few glasses of wine. Well worth the detour, we'll be back, by bike again.
