A wonderful time and meal at Le Gueuleton in Montlouis-sur-Loire.
We were welcomed by a super friendly person, in the relaxed and friendly atmosphere we'd come to expect from this kind of place. They were incredibly kind and eager to share their delicious, high-quality cuisine.
The concept is all about sharing: you order two or three dishes and eat in a convivial way, picking and choosing from each plate as you please. The food is of exceptional quality, featuring local and regional products – a real treat. I highly recommend it to lovers of good food, the region, and the country – we'll be back!

What a magnificent setting! The service and atmosphere were so warm and welcoming; we immediately felt at ease, like we were part of the family. They gave us excellent recommendations for the dishes! It was a truly enjoyable experience, and everything was delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves...we will definitely be back!! Hats off to them!

A very nice place with excellent food. The servers were very friendly, kind, and discreet. The service was clear and efficient. The sommelier offered good advice. A warm welcome. The dishes were perfect, generous, and very flavorful. This place is worth a visit. February 14, 2026. Thank you, I had a wonderful evening, we will be back.
