Excellent restaurant. The price is a bit high for the quality, but the ambiance and the ingredients are impeccable. The Saint Marcellin salad as a starter was very well balanced (the apple was slightly overpowering, but excellent nonetheless). The cassoulet, made with excellent ingredients, was not dry and perfectly seasoned. The lemon and raspberry sabayon for dessert was beautifully executed. The wine list offers a wide range of choices; I personally enjoyed a Faugères from Domaine de la Liquière that was absolutely delicious. The welcome and service were perfect. They know how to cater to their customers. 👏 An excellent Valentine's Day, thank you! We will definitely be back. A must-try! 😉

A perfect romantic dinner. Delicious food, impeccable service, and a charmingly cozy atmosphere. We had a wonderful time. Kudos to the chefs, and we were delighted to chat with the lovely and very funny waiter. We will definitely be back! Eliza and Julien.
