I spent one night at the hotel with my two children. The reception was very friendly and accommodating. The room was quite small, but perfectly adequate for one night. Unfortunately, the shower drain wasn't working properly, which made it a bit difficult when three of us wanted to shower together. Perhaps that should be looked into. We had to book breakfast separately, but we knew that from the start. The buffet was ample and good. There was really nothing lacking. The service was also very good. Overall, we were satisfied.

We had a wonderful time at the Hotel Les Alpgaes. The location is ideal, just steps from the slopes, with the option to walk there. The view is also beautiful. The room had everything you need for a good, quiet night's sleep. Finally, the welcome was excellent.

Hello, Madam/Sir, What can I say? The hotel and the entire team are very welcoming, charming, and attentive. I highly recommend it, especially since it's only 2 minutes from the slopes. No complaints whatsoever, and the food is excellent; everything is delicious. Congratulations to the kitchen staff! Mr. and Mrs. Mancini, see you again on March 20th. Have a good day.

Great hotel 😎, peaceful night 😌 excellent meal, I recommend the Revard cheesecake 😋 and there's more than just cheese 😇 reasonable prices… in the heart of Chinaillon… simply unmissable and the staff are top-notch 🤩

Excellent stay at the mountain pasture. The hotel is charming, beautifully decorated, and welcoming. A large, bright living room with a magnificent mountain view. I'm delighted to have discovered this hotel.

5 stars for this hotel, as charming as its owners. The welcome was warm. The dinner was comforting. The rooms were clean and the bedding very comfortable. The best part: a very welcome kid-friendly atmosphere, especially these days. A travel cot was available free of charge, as well as a high chair, a sled was loaned out, and they didn't force us to use a children's menu for our 2-year-old. Absolutely fantastic. We'll be back!

They were all very attentive to our needs and tailored the event to our specific requirements. The meal prepared by Jérôme was delicious, featuring fresh ingredients and beautiful presentation. Our celebration was a resounding success, held in a charming, intimate setting with a mountain-inspired decor. We are delighted with the service at Le Chamois and wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant. Thank you again.
31/05/2026: An extraordinary experience last night. We booked the restaurant privately for Cath & Phiphi. The service was absolutely top-notch, with smiles, attentiveness to the children, and the food was simply superb. I've never eaten such tender and delicious veal in 38 years... From appetizer to dessert, it was fantastic. THANK YOU!
