Everything was perfect! The waiter gave us a very warm welcome, with a relaxed yet pleasant demeanor. We ordered the evening menu (starter + main course + dessert) and it was as beautiful as it was delicious! All accompanied by a glass of wine and a cocktail. From the chef to the servers, everyone is clearly skilled and it shows. We highly recommend it!

Restaurant in the old town of Carcassonne. The waiter was very friendly and made an effort to understand us, speaking a mix of French and English. The owner was very kind and attentive. We tried the cassulet and it was spectacular; the grilled duck breast was delicious. This is our second time here and we'll definitely be back.

August 2025: the waiter that served us was fantastic, really attentive, spoke good English and was patient with my spoken French. Although we only initially had drinks to start and a Pastis Cabernel, he served it the correct way with water. We also enjoyed a Crème Catalan and a Pommel façon train. We were not put off by the rain. A great spot for people watching!!

08/02/2026: Restaurant in the center of Carcassonne. Convenient to the train station. Excellent value, among the best in the area. Good service overall. Generous portions of mussels and fries. Only negative: the screen outside the restaurant offers unlimited mussels for €9.90, which isn't listed on the paper menu inside. We only noticed it on the way out. Excellent and generous desserts! Recommended!
25/01/2026: The meal was perfect 😋. The daily special was inexpensive 👍. The staff were friendly. Good service and a pleasant atmosphere in a lovely setting. I recommend it.

01/01/2026: A beautiful restaurant located right in the heart of the city. One of the few to offer vegetarian options. We had a magnificent platter with cosmos flowers and a vegetarian galette. Everything was delicious. The welcome was warm. And the setting is lovely, in a small courtyard with beautiful plants. Good value for money; I highly recommend this place.
26/12/2025: Everything was delicious, the cheeses and wine were excellent, the galette wasn't very tasty, the service was excellent.
