A lovely establishment with refined cuisine! The dining room is quiet, with a beautiful view of the river and the Croix-de-Vie riverbank; it's a pleasure to dine in this setting. The menu is quite varied. The digital version is rather nice as it allows you to easily view the dishes, which can help you make your choice. The dishes are flavorful and the portions are quite generous. It's fresh and delicious French cuisine. This establishment was a wonderful discovery; we'll be back!

Everything was perfect, the staff were very pleasant, the dishes were all very good and generous, nothing to complain about, we will return on our next visit to Saint-Hilaire, thank you again!

Fantastic restaurant! I was a little apprehensive about going to a casino restaurant, but everything was great! From the impeccable service to the delicious food, the terrace view is simply magnificent. I highly recommend this restaurant!

01/09/2026: Fresh products and very affordable prices. The waitress is friendly and pleasant. The only downside: the service is extremely slow. We waited over 30 minutes for our galettes. Fortunately, the taste and the homemade feel make up for the long wait. It's a shame, because the value for money is still very good. The setting is also pleasant.

The service is attentive and friendly, responsive without being intrusive. For starters, a beautifully delicate foie gras, perfectly seasoned. For the main course, a high-quality veal chop, cooked to perfection and, most importantly, served piping hot on a warm plate—a detail that makes all the difference. The revisited strawberry tartlet for dessert offers a successful balance between freshness and indulgence. The pairing with a 2024 Mâcon Uchizy perfectly complemented the entire meal. The cuisine is exceptionally well executed, using top-quality ingredients and meticulous preparation. Special mention goes to the temperature control, too often neglected elsewhere. A restaurant I highly recommend for lovers of refined and authentic cuisine.”
