Restaurant Les 7 Mers sur Saint-Malo

Nous avons découvert le restaurant à l’occasion de notre séjour à l’hôtel en demi-pension. Nous avons diné 4 soirs. Nous avons apprécié le choix changeant, les mises en bouche inventives et les délicieux petits fours pour clore le repas. Nous avons pu découvrir une cuisine gastronomique créative, gouteuse et digeste. De bons produits : poissons, viandes légumes et fruits, matières grasses et épices, bien préparés. Je retiendrai la mise en bouche à la courgette, l’Aiglefin Rôti en croûte…champignons de Paris, korma de chou-fleur caramélisé le merlu et ses délicieux légumes dont la carotte Anna l’Agneau de Pré salé très bien apprêté et entouré le cannelloni garni de champignons la remarquable Variation autour de la Fraise les délicieux petits fours On peut ajouter que la belle vaisselle est un plus pour l’œil Nous espérons renouveler l’expérience et nous souhaitons que d’autres puissent partager cette découverte d’un Nouveau Monde !

Restaurant offering a beautiful view of the sea. Excellent quality of dishes. Professional service, pleasant staff. We did not give 5 ⭐️ because: - We would have appreciated that the water was served directly upon our arrival (as usual in a gastro restaurant) - The water arrives after the aperitifs and the wait is quite long. - Error (to their disadvantage) on the bill, we were honest enough to point it out and we would have appreciated a simple “thank you”

We had dinner at Restaurant les 7 mers this evening, staying there for 2 nights. The service was perfect, the setting very pleasant. We both chose a menu for €73. Everything was excellent! We highly recommend!

Everything was perfect. An extremely rigorous and pleasant service despite the young generation in training. The meal was delicious. We were very well received despite the presence of our 3 young children. I highly recommend it!

The first point raised is the view which is magnificent (window side in any case). That being said, I expected more from this restaurant and despite an overall positive result, I am left wanting more. The service was very professional and attentive. I was advised and supported in my choices and this contributed to making me have a pleasant time. Big special mention for the dish which was very good. The fish was extremely tender and juicy in the same way that meat could be. The dessert was excellent and well balanced despite the chips not being crunchy enough for my taste. The problem is that I found that some dishes lacked seasoning, like the appetizer which I found bland and the beetroot in the starter which was swallowed by the mackerel. I found this a shame because the proposals were really tempting. Overall, the observation is rather positive, the problem just comes from the fact that when you go to a restaurant of this standing and with prices above average, you have expectations and for my part I I had a pleasant time, but I didn't enjoy myself as might have been the case in other restaurants of the same type.

Arriving a little late for the service, we were nevertheless warmly received. Fairly fast service, very well executed dishes and magnificent view of the beach and the sea. The sole was a little too bland and very small… too bad. A very good address !

Every time we return to St-Malo to see our family, our little pleasure is to go out to dinner at 7 Mers. The staff is adorable, discreet and present and we enjoy the culinary discoveries each time. I highly recommend it ! congratulations to Florelien and his team!

et prix soutenus pour ce restaurant d'hôtel avec une carte des mets limitée annonçant des produits frais. Mais pas assez de choix. Idem pour la carte des vins. Faible et avec certains multiples exagérés.
