Perfectly cooked dishes. Generous portions. A very pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff. I've rarely eaten such delicious squid, grilled to perfection.

Great restaurant, the owners are very friendly, great welcome, menu at €34.99. Starter: salmon gravlax, main course: sea bass fillet with langoustine sauce, both dishes were delicious. I'll be back for the winter menu. You can go there with your eyes closed. It's the best restaurant in Quillan.

Too bad there aren't 6 stars!!! Everything is perfect without a single false note, the service is great and what's on the plate is just as much. Quality, originality, refinement, quantity you will find all this at this address. If you are passing through Occitania, it is in Quillan at La Galerie that you must stop....a true moment of happiness and satisfaction of the taste buds. Thank you to the whole team for this fabulous moment! Unbeatable value for money....

We were eagerly awaiting the reopening, and we weren't disappointed. The food is always excellent, with ultra-fresh ingredients. As proof, you have to book in advance, otherwise you won't be able to get a seat for lunch or dinner.

Hotel La Chaumiere

18/12/2025: Excellent hotel, especially in terms of value for money. It's the first French hotel I've stayed in where the standard rooms are spacious. The hotel has an excellent restaurant, and the service is very friendly. Parking is available in the building's basement. The town center is within walking distance.
24/10/2025: Excellent value for money. The chef is noteworthy in a positive way. Excellent dinner.

16/12/2025: Efficient restaurant with a pretty good price-quality ratio. Traditional, no surprises at a Logis.
02/10/2025: Classic example of an older hotel, but all very clean and comfortable. Interior of the restaurant is also a bit dated but the food is very tasty and amazing! They have the best foie gras I ever had! Super friendly staff too!
