Once known as a takeout pizzeria, we stopped in again on a Monday in August because it was one of the few open. The place only has outdoor seating (due to the season and the heat) and offers a seafood and other à la carte menu. The dishes are generous and well-prepared. The wine list is simple but good, featuring local wines. The service is good, and the prices are fair for the quality. It's a quiet place and easy to park.

What a lovely family-run establishment! The meal truly exceeded all our expectations! There was a bit of a wait, but that was mentioned beforehand, and anyway, it's to be expected since everything is homemade! There's parking nearby. I think this is the place to go in Quillan. If you want to eat well, this is the place to go.

Although it is not cheap, the €34.90 menu is excellent. Well-prepared cuisine with very good products. They are complete dishes with plenty of garnish. In fact, with just one dish you can be satisfied. Very friendly service. A place to eat very well. The price is correct for what you eat.

We both had salad starters, which were huge and easily big enough for a main meal, and were the best we've ever had, anywhere. We would go back there again this evening but they are unfortunately closed.
