River Side sur Bergerac

An exceptional experience! We were just passing through and had a wonderful time; the entire meal was impeccable! Everything was delicious! Absolutely no complaints. If I were a Michelin Guide inspector, I would have awarded it one star! 🤗

For a first visit, I was truly charmed by the welcome, the food, and the prices on the banks of the Dordogne. Go without hesitation, I will return.

Nice restaurant, the setting is small but charming. Warm welcome; we were served by a very friendly and attentive young woman wearing glasses. There were three of us: my son, my partner, and me. The meal was very good, good value for money. We'll be back.

A magnificent location in the heart of Bergerac, on the banks of the Dordogne River! The name 'Bellevue' lives up to its name; dining with a river view is truly peaceful. The atmosphere on the terrace is enchanting, especially at sunset. It's wonderful to be in such a central location while offering such a serene view. A very successful restaurant offering traditional French cuisine with a modern touch. The freshness of the ingredients and the care in presentation are immediately noticeable. The service team was very professional and friendly. They made wonderful pairings with the regional wines. It should be the first address for those looking for both good food and a great view in Bergerac. A wonderful river view, delicious food, and friendly service. We had one of the most enjoyable lunches of our Bergerac trip here. The price-quality ratio is quite reasonable. I would definitely recommend it if you want a stylish and delicious break by the river.

The welcome and service were impeccable, the dishes were tasty, elaborate, and in generous portions!

A great find for us Normans! A well-stocked charcuterie platter, very good foie gras, however the butter was past its expiration date, not great but quickly replaced. A generous portion, but a bit more of a smile from the waiter (at the till) would have been appreciated.

I've been coming for years, whether it's the old or new owner, and I love it!!!! The service, food, atmosphere, and location all come together to create a fabulous experience! Don't change a thing!! 🤗
