This restaurant has everything to be excellent. The welcome is always great, the service is perfect, the waitress took the time to explain the dishes to us and give us the best advice despite the crowd. And always with a smile. We feel really good there. It's quick, clean, healthy and you can see that the dishes are very well prepared. It's absolutely not bad, I know the difference between a bad dish and a dish that's just not to my taste. And unfortunately this is my case. I still tried to go back several times because it's a shame. Unfortunately that's how it is. Tastes and colors... But you can go there with your eyes closed!

The food is always good and plentiful, I have nothing to say about that. However, I felt like I had to hurry throughout the meal. We had barely put down our cutlery once we finished our mezze when we were cleared to quickly continue the meal. The same goes for taking orders. In Sahmeran we don't have time to take the time and we make this clear to you when booking with both services. A perfect restaurant if you like to finish the meal in an hour, but not if you want to have a good time with your loved ones.

The environment is very nice. The food is great. Their meat is delicious. Meals come accompanied by warm pita bread. Good food makes people happy. You should definitely come and try this place. A quality place.

07/12/2024: Great place tucked away from the hectic Colmar streets. We stopped by for appetitive. They have a good selection of wines and a some great food options (unfortunately only a limited menu was available at the time we visited). You can really tell that the chef cares about his food as everything was delicious and beautifully presented. Wonderful for a visit if you are around!

26/08/2024: Excellent time, I recommend 100%, it was an excellent evening and a great welcome, the major'l board at the top!
21/08/2024: Place of peace where you can breathe France, good wine and good cheese, the Brie de meaux a la truffe noir is simply SPECTACULAR and if you accompany it with a pinot gris or any Alsatian wine...... I would return every week.
