Sensational hotel and restaurant. The Wonderful staff really made this stay an experience well beyond 3 stars. Matisse is an asset to this hotel and restaurant and made us feel at home, the waiting staff were friendly and efficient and the chef was superb. Each course was carefully created to exceed expectations. We will be back for more.
