A very pleasant place, with delicious food and lovely staff! The prices are surprisingly much lower than in many more touristy places, and everything is really very good!

They have a reasonable menu, and there is also at least one person who understands Spanish, and this, for many, can be important, because here, although it may seem unbelievable and dedicated to tourism, it is not common.

The classic pizza was very good, the cheese was perfectly melted thanks to the blend of mozzarella and Emmental flavors, and the tomato sauce was clearly homemade. The chocolate mousse with Oreo pieces was also delicious. The Occitan salad and cassoulet were very good, as were the desserts. The waiter was very friendly and the service was impeccable and very pleasant.

Very nice food, easy going and good value! Location is good apart from the business the other side of the road. Planning to go to to Carcassonne again but I now have a dog and I know the constant screams from the neighbour business will not fair well so will have to pass.
