Very disappointing experience at Starbucks. I ordered a cappuccino and waited around 10 minutes, but my name was never written on the cup like they usually do. After all that time, staff asked me if I had ordered anything and what my name was, even though this should have been handled properly from the beginning. My name is simple, so there was no reason not to write it down. In the end, they just handed me a drink without any name on it and said it was mine. The whole process felt disorganized, careless, and unprofessional. I expected much better service.
