I regularly visit Sushi Shop Jean Macé and it's always a real pleasure. The sushi is fresh, well-prepared, and the quality is consistently high. A huge thank you to Dede, the manager, who makes all the difference. She is remarkably kind and professional. What touches me most is that she always remembers my name and my usual order. She even sometimes starts preparing it as soon as she sees me walk in the door, which demonstrates exceptional attention to her customers. This kind of personalized service is becoming rare and deserves to be highlighted. We don't just come for the good food, but also for the warm welcome. Thank you to the whole team, and especially to Dede, for this wonderful experience every time I visit!

Clean, friendly staff and clear explanations for menu choices.

Even though the boxes are prepared before ordering, the quality is okay! I'm satisfied with my sushi. However, something really needs to be done about the staff's friendliness.
