We are regulars and have been coming for several years. However, we have recently noticed a real decline in the quality of service. We have been disappointed several times and we are now really hesitant to come back (whereas before, we came often and without hesitation). For example, we came for lunch recently: a waiter who left the door wide open for 5 minutes in the middle of winter generating an unpleasant draft in the room, the extra bacon requested forgotten on the plate, the same for the milk option oats, and a general attitude of the staff that is a little disinterested (we sometimes give the impression as customers of being inconvenient)... in short various examples which show that the customer experience has really deteriorated.

I ordered from Tamper, the catering service. I really wasn't disappointed, nor were the guests. It was really good. They adapted very well to my requests regarding diet. Order received on time. I highly recommend Tamper for your private events! THANKS !
