A must-visit spot in Lille that you'll never tire of! I enjoy eating there as much as having a drink by the fireplace in winter or on the terrace in summer. Whether it's to meet up with friends, family, or colleagues, or to relax on your own, there are only good reasons to go back ;) The place has a special atmosphere where you feel right at home! We've never been disappointed by our meals (burgers, veggie burgers, smoked fish & chips, salads, etc.) or snacks (sharing platters). We especially love their fries, which are absolutely delicious!!!

Opens early, of all the Irish pubs we visited, this was the only one to sell an Irish beer that wasn't Guinness. Good service and atmosphere, enjoyed the music.

A great bar with a warm welcome and friendly clientele. They offer good advice on beer selection, reasonable prices, and best of all, a wood-burning fireplace. Ideal for spending quality time with friends.

Despite a first experience a few months ago where we found the atmosphere very pleasant, the second was unfortunately disappointing. In fact, a Guinness bar isn't, for me, the same as a restaurant where they serve red mullet or salmon (which must surely be very good). It's not the atmosphere I'm looking for, and besides, there's no charcuterie board offered at 7:30 pm; the pub vibe is nowhere to be seen. Luckily, there are other Guinness bars in Lille with the atmosphere I'm looking for. Too bad, but I'll pass.

A very welcoming place, with good and generous portions of food. The decor is superb, and the fireplace is a welcome sight on winter evenings! It gets very busy on game days, and of course, on St. Patrick's Day! 🍀

Went there two nights in a row which is a good sign. First night drinks and a couple of bowls of fries. Second night we wanted to eat. Turned up and pub packed. Hadn't booked but we're shown straight to a table. Service, food, atmosphere are great and would definitely go there again.

02/03/2026: A slightly belated review, as we came for Valentine's Day. We wanted something other than a restaurant, and we chose this wine bar, which had always caught our eye whenever we passed through the Passage des Arts. And we have no regrets! We may not have wanted a restaurant, but I thoroughly enjoyed myself. I highly recommend the mixed platter; the products are delicious and high-quality. I was still thinking about it a few days later. Excellent value for money. I can't wait to try their other offerings. No complaints about the wine. It was perfect. We received wonderful advice from the owners, who know and love each of their wines. Which brings me to my last point: the owners. They are lovely, warm, knowledgeable, and funny. You feel so comfortable in this bar. Thank you to them. A real gem. I won't wait for next Valentine's Day to come back, that's for sure.
15/02/2026: A wonderful discovery! The atmosphere and welcome are both impeccable and warm. A great place to have a drink, with excellent recommendations to boot.
