13/02/2026: We had the immense pleasure of discovering the gourmet Japanese restaurant OSaKaYa in Béziers, and this experience will remain etched in our memories. I went there with my parents to celebrate my 25th birthday, and everything was absolutely perfect from beginning to end. The welcome was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuine, which immediately put us at ease for this very special occasion. The cuisine is simply exceptional: remarkably fresh ingredients, delicate and perfectly balanced flavors, and a refined and elegant presentation. Each dish is a true invitation to travel, revealing great expertise and an evident passion for Japanese gastronomy. The restaurant's atmosphere is refined, soothing, and warm, ideal for a family outing or to celebrate a significant event. We were touched by the attention to detail and the special attention given to our birthday, which made the evening even more memorable.
