We went to Txirimiri by chance and we were pleasantly surprised.
Everything was very good, the service, the setting, and the dishes offered.
The waiter offered us a delicious cocktail and was gracious throughout the meal. We see that the dishes are homemade and fresh.
The only downside for me was the Basque cherry cake which was too sweet for my taste.
I recommend 100%

What a nice surprise, for once I chose according to good internet reviews, Well this time it's more than justified... it was delicious from start to finish, fresh produce, original dishes. Impeccable service with a waiter who knows his job well and what he serves to his customers... that makes a big difference. THANKS. I will return there for the pleasure of my taste buds during my next visit to Hendaye.

Had a very good fish (hake) dinner here. Owner/manager came over and helped me find something that was gluten free . Wine was great, too! :) Would definitely go back!

The food in this unassuming restaurant is first rate. We shared croquettes de jamon to start. Piping hot and delicious. Followed by the fish of the day, a langoustine tartare in a viscous bisque - rich with umami flavours. A truly memorable dish!

Service soignée, agréable tout en gentillesse. Les plats sont très bien travaillés par la cheffe. Les tapas sont excellents et la sangria blanche est sublime. Carte courte signant des produits frais. Un arrêt obligatoire à Hendaye, il faut absolument tester.
Nous avons déjeuné en terrasse, en ayant réservé, car peu de places dehors, comme dedans.
Excellent accueil de la patronne en cuisine et du serveur.
Attention délicate, une couverture, s il faut frais.
Excellents plats, tout est délicieux, savoureux. Les vins sont bien choisis.
Le serveur très professionnel et très gentil.
