Everything was perfect! The welcome, the service, and the food. The welcome was warm and the prices were affordable, while the dishes were excellent, in true Basque style! I highly recommend it! There's nothing to complain about, a real favorite in the Basque Country!

Lovely place in the center of Ascain. Had the menu of the day for €25 and chose duck breast with fries and creme brulee for dessert. Everything was delicious. The ambiance is nice too

11/11/2025: Impeccable service; my association and I have rented the reception hall twice for our AGM, and it's been perfect!
02/11/2025: My stay went very well, unfortunately I had to cut it short for medical reasons and return home to recover. The journey back was long. It's a shame I couldn't enjoy my last day and night in the Basque Country.

25/01/2026: We'll gladly return. We received a very warm welcome; the owners are lovely and very attentive to everyone's well-being. The rib steak was excellent. The atmosphere is truly pleasant; we felt right at home. And the prices were reasonable. Thank you very much.
