Fabulous restaurant in the centre of the village. We rocked up without a reservation, we were happily found an intimate corner where we watched the chef work his magic, googled the artwork on the walls and learned a little about Basque culture. The food was exceptional as was the wine as were the welcoming owners. We’re only passing through but we’d eat here again if we could. Top notch.

A very pleasant surprise was this typically Basque restaurant, run by two very friendly, welcoming, and efficient young people. The food was delicious, made with fresh, local ingredients. We stumbled upon it by chance and returned the following evening. Excellent value for money.

After being turned away at 1:15 pm at another restaurant, we stumbled upon this one by chance, and we're so glad we did. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Homemade food with good ingredients. Fast service and very reasonable prices. I recommend this restaurant.
