Yeeels - Paris sur Paris

Reserved and travelled to Verde in Paris for my fiancés birthday dinner expecting to be well accommodated due to the occasion but was made to sit by a wall where you don’t enjoy the ambience of the restaurant. The female attendant was rude when we asked for a better seating area stating that we must buy champagne to be moved closer to the entertainment though there were other tables available and laughed when we requested to speak to the manager due to her poor service. In addition, we waited 50-60 minutes for our food to arrive. Food was okay when it finally arrived but don’t hold your breath. The only saving grace was that the manager ended up being accommodating and moving us to a better seating area which is why I haven’t made this a 1 star review. Still, the staff needed to be retrained on how to provide good customer service and speak to people with better manners and less attitude.

Verde offers the kind of elegant and festive atmosphere we love in Paris. Excellent cuisine, great cocktails, and a fantastic DJ. An ideal spot for dinner and extending the evening in a wonderful atmosphere. Definitely worth a return visit.

We had an amazing evening with my girlfriends. The food was delicious, especially the chicken with mashed potatoes. The DJ was fantastic, and the atmosphere was great!
