After booking accommodation for February in October, I had to cancel five days later due to date conflicts. The platform refused to refund my deposit of over €300 because the owner didn't want to. Finally, the platform contacted me two months later to inform me that the apartment had been re-let, and they refunded my deposit. Thank you to them.
