From the service to the food, everything was perfect. We had a wonderful time in a warm and inviting setting. The dining room is tastefully decorated, and the two servers were smiling and very friendly. The dishes were delicious, from the appetizer to the dessert. The three of us ordered the foie gras, accompanied by, among other things, its saffron brioche. A true delight. A blend of flavors that harmonized perfectly. For our main course, the duck breast was also expertly prepared; the cooking was perfect, and the whole dish was succulent. Finally, for dessert, the chocolate soufflé tart. It was very indulgent, so I advise you to leave enough room to finish it. It's also important to highlight the excellent wine list; we were able to enjoy a very good Saint-Aubin. In conclusion, I highly recommend this restaurant. The prices are admittedly a bit high if you order an appetizer, main course, and dessert à la carte, but at least you're eating quality ingredients.

Superb gourmet restaurant, everything was perfect: the starters, the main courses, the desserts. The food was truly excellent, with very good service. A big thank you, we will return soon.

A truly wonderful discovery in Morillon. The cuisine was surprising and delicious, the service discreet and impeccable, and the wines perfectly paired. We would recommend this restaurant without hesitation. Bravo, thank you, and long live this wonderful establishment!

A wonderful rediscovery of this recently reopened restaurant. The dishes were already excellent, but now they've become true works of art, as beautiful as they are delicious. The change of ownership has brought a real glow-up: a more modern and refined decor, and a smiling, attentive, and caring staff. All this at more than reasonable prices considering the level of service offered. A truly wonderful place that's well worth a visit. Thank you to the whole team, and see you soon!

A very nice place, well-spaced tables, very welcoming and professional. Refined dishes with beautiful presentation, and a very good wine list. In short, our third visit. Highly recommended.

A quick detour to Saverne for lunch. I was lucky enough to get a table at the "favorite" table 😜 Although the general impression is that every customer who walks through the door is pampered!! Very good food, very warm welcome! A great find. I recommend it 😃

14/02/2026: This establishment was a real find! The welcome was very warm in a magnificent setting... The menu was delicious, and the tarte flambée was excellent. We had a lovely tête-à-tête in the turret. I highly recommend this restaurant. Serpentar/pouffe-souffle
10/02/2026: We were very surprised. The restaurant is decorated with so much love. Great wine selection 🍷... . Beer from the local brewery 🍻. A must-try: the tarte flambée with Munster cheese as a starter.......😋 The menu is concise..... something for everyone. We had medium-rare beef steak 🥩 with red cabbage and potatoes.. really delicious 😋...... and for dessert, chocolate ice cream with various chocolate flavors 🍫..... heavenly 👼 To get a table, you should make a reservation.... Conclusion... WOW...... rarely have we eaten so well in Alsace..... a big compliment to the kitchen..... and to the service..... 🥇

19/02/2026: [Edit 02/2026] I'm taking advantage of a recent visit to the restaurant to reread my review of a previous reservation. In February 2026, the staff hasn't really changed: smiles and kindness must be the norm, and they are wonderfully observed. The entire visit was once again excellent (the welcome, the presentation of the dishes, the atmosphere, the taste!!!). This is truly a restaurant I would recommend without hesitation. --------- Until now, I had only eaten at this restaurant for lunch with colleagues. This was my first time dining there as a couple. The setting is perfect for a romantic meal. The decor is sublime, if you like wood. Very romantic, the lighting is quite soft. Perhaps a small candle on the table would have added a nice touch. The staff is simply lovely. Friendly, smiling, and polite: you can tell they are present and attentive to your needs. It's becoming increasingly rare, so it's worth highlighting. The menu isn't huge, and even more so if you don't eat fish or seafood. But thankfully, there's still plenty to choose from. Don't expect the usual cordon bleu, Milanese cutlet, or other meat dishes found in almost every restaurant. Here, the focus is on originality! Our plate arrived beautifully presented, quite generous without being extravagant. The dish was well-prepared, and you could easily tell the ingredients were fresh. (The side of crushed yellow tomatoes was simply exquisite). I would make a slight reservation about the (homemade!) fries, which were unfortunately a little undercooked (some were barely soggy inside). The dessert menu is also modest. And once again, no "basics," just originality. Generously served, with the vibrant colors of seasonal fruits, the dessert was also very good! I highly recommend starting your meal with the mini tarte flambée (another original creation!) with pieces of spring onion and chives (if I'm not mistaken), which add a lovely flavor to this generously filled tart. We'll definitely be back for a romantic meal!
