An excellent experience at Restaurant Morillon in Saverne! The chef does an exceptional job: from the perfectly prepared snails as a starter to the main courses (special mention for the pork and fish, cooked to perfection and exquisitely refined). The dishes are as beautiful as they are delicious. To top it all off, the service was simply impeccable, attentive, and warm. You can go there without hesitation!

We had an absolutely wonderful time. The dishes were remarkably refined, prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients and incredibly original. Special mention goes to the sauces, which were deliciously flavorful. The wine list perfectly complemented the meal, with excellent recommendations from the staff. A huge congratulations to the chef and the entire front-of-house team for their passion and attention to detail. A must-visit restaurant that we will definitely return to!

Excellent cuisine with great sauces

When we have an event to celebrate, we love coming to Le Morillon as a family. The atmosphere is calm, the service is impeccable, and we adore the Chef's creativity. In addition to perfectly selecting seasonal produce, he knows how to elevate it and create original combinations that are always bursting with flavor (we loved the lobster toast as a starter, I was pleasantly surprised by my dessert combining chocolate and mushroom, and my father particularly enjoyed the scoop of yeast ice cream offered at the end of the meal). Beyond delighting our palates, the chef knows how to visually captivate us with the presentation of his dishes. You could easily imagine yourself in a Michelin-starred restaurant. A huge thank you to this warm and passionate team. We can't wait to return.

A very nice lunch, the Vittelo Tonato starter was excellent, followed by a seafood casserole just the way I like it. Friendly service and a wine list that suited me perfectly – a wonderful time.
