A perfect experience from start to finish! Everything was impeccable: the welcome, the service, and above all, the absolutely delicious, flavorful cuisine. You can taste the attention to detail and the passion in every dish. I was just passing through Saverne, and this is a place I will definitely stop at on my next visit. I highly recommend it!

We had dinner Thursday evening with a couple of friends. Absolutely sublime! In every way! A cozy and pleasant atmosphere, a warm welcome. We chose the tasting menu, a blind tasting: four courses, each as flavorful as the last – four standouts, refined and original, featuring seasonal ingredients, and a refreshing dessert. The chef came to greet us and offered us two of his incredible sauces. Excellent wine recommendations, with a comprehensive and varied wine list at all price points. In short, an excellent evening at Le Morillon. Thank you and congratulations to the entire restaurant team.

After all these years, there's still nothing to complain about! A very pleasant family lunch in an air-conditioned restaurant, which was much appreciated during the heatwave. All the dishes were beautifully presented and absolutely delicious! The service was attentive and helpful. I highly recommend this place! ;)
