I came with my daughter, who lives in Saverne, and my husband. I thoroughly enjoyed the meal: the quality, the presentation, the service, the peaceful atmosphere, and the friendliness of the staff. I loved chatting with the chef, who came to my table. In conclusion, the value for money was more than fair. Keep up the good work; I think you'll be recognized by the Michelin Guide in the future. We will definitely be back.

A truly magnificent experience dining at Le Morillon! The service was very professional and pleasant, the cuisine delighted us with a tasting menu, and the wine pairings were superb and generously presented. For anyone who enjoys fine dining in the Saverne region, Le Morillon is an absolute must-try.

A pleasant surprise with the lunch menu!

From the service to the food, everything was perfect. We had a wonderful time in a warm and inviting setting. The dining room is tastefully decorated, and the two servers were smiling and very friendly. The dishes were delicious, from the appetizer to the dessert. The three of us ordered the foie gras, accompanied by, among other things, its saffron brioche. A true delight. A blend of flavors that harmonized perfectly. For our main course, the duck breast was also expertly prepared; the cooking was perfect, and the whole dish was succulent. Finally, for dessert, the chocolate soufflé tart. It was very indulgent, so I advise you to leave enough room to finish it. It's also important to highlight the excellent wine list; we were able to enjoy a very good Saint-Aubin. In conclusion, I highly recommend this restaurant. The prices are admittedly a bit high if you order an appetizer, main course, and dessert à la carte, but at least you're eating quality ingredients.
