16/12/2025: Discovered through internet searches for a place to stop in Mâcon, this restaurant and its view delighted us.
A warm and welcoming atmosphere with helpful advice, rich and generous cuisine, and an ideal setting, even on a gray day, with views of the Saône River and the houses of Mâcon.
Don't hesitate if you want to treat yourself and enjoy delicious, well-prepared food!

The food was delicious, as were the dessert and the service.
The staff was welcoming and friendly.

07/12/2024: Très belle rénovation le restaurant est lumineux, bien exposé en revanche nous regrettons de ne pas retrouver les plats signatures de Georges Blanc qui ont fait la réputation de l'établissement. La carte proposée est celle d'un restaurant lambda le rapport qualite prix est correct, mais ne nous déplacerons plus pour venir au Saint-Laurent à moins que les plats du chef soient remis à la carte. La fricassée au poulet aux carottes n à rien à faire sur une carte Georges Blanc.
