07/07/2026: The setting and staff are worthy of the establishment, the welcome and service are impeccable, and there's a succession of original and delicious surprises, from the amuse-bouches to the dessert and petits fours. I was a little disappointed by the Bresse chicken, a large hen which, despite the various variations, lacked the finesse expected in a fine dining restaurant, and the other house specialty, the Vonnassienne crêpe, didn't offer the lightness I'd hoped for. My next visit will be an opportunity to try other dishes on the menu… The wine list is exceptional, and the sommelier's expert advice helps in selecting from among renowned vintages.

The spa is a true haven of peace, elegant and impeccably maintained, ideal for extending this relaxing and rejuvenating break. Special mention also goes to a particularly promising young sommelier, passionate, attentive, and already very professional. His enthusiasm and advice greatly contributed to making this stay even more memorable. A huge thank you to the entire team for this timeless experience. A must-visit for lovers of fine food and memorable experiences.
