20/06/2024: Enjoyed a nice lunch yesterday and were served by a wonderful gentleman, who explained the local specialty dishes and went out of his way. Thank you! Lovely and relaxed atmosphere.

02/06/2024: The quality is not there unfortunately, neither is the friendliness of the boss, the decor is dull and sordid, bad experience not to be repeated, really lousy and too expensive, back for coffee another day, the boss always so friendly without smiling and aggressive, blocks my way to tell me we are not serving coffee we are in full service, I love it, I see that here the customer is king and the quality service, well done to you

10/09/2024: I find it shameful to refuse to give extra sauce given the price we pay!!! The other brand of this type of restaurant is much more helpful. Fewer and fewer people wonder why!!!

08/09/2024: Good evening, arriving at the drive-thru at 10:20 p.m. I place my order with the person on the headset who is very pleasant, but however the quality of the products are mediocre having worked in a McDonald's I do not understand such a rate of non-quality. The Golden standard is not respected! Fries that remained for more than 20 minutes under the heat of the light bulbs, cold sandwiches, the OAT didn't work??? The only good thing is the drink. I am waiting for a return from you, we are paying for services not respected!!

20/09/2024: I only note the VC restaurant: the staff is particularly friendly and attentive to the customer. The burgers were well made. On the other hand, 1 star for the Mcdo chain which only reduces the size of the burgers and increases the prices

15/09/2024: The service is as slow as my grandmother walking around the Sarlat market without her cane… Arriving at 5:42 p.m., we were served at 6:02 p.m. exactly! Our next table who was already waiting when we sat down waited over 10 minutes for 3 ice creams and a drink. The attendance was not at all high enough for such slow service... Perhaps we should better train the teams who do not seem to be invested. 2 stars for the food because even though the name is McDonald's, the food was totally different, the nuggets were disastrous, we really had the impression that they had been cooked in quantity during the day and reheated one too many times before 'be served. The texture was the same as when we reheat the McDonald's nuggets in the microwave, plus the potatoes which arrive cold, after 20 minutes of waiting it's a little disappointing. In short, McDonald's in appearance but prefer to continue your way a little further to get to the next one.

16/09/2024: Very dirty restaurant, the tables, the seats, the window sills, the toilets, the whole restaurant is dirty. Not to mention the ground where we can easily slip, that's the product apparently but in any case it's dangerous.

07/09/2024: Catastrophic! A drive done! The order placed incorrectly! The person serves you ice cream without a lid and puts the heat on it! You remove the bag in the car, full of ice on the seat! Forgotten an extra order and the person tells you, well, you pay for the missing ice cream, it’s not in the order! Knowing that 4 people in the car heard the command! And if not, cleaning the seat is up to you! Unacceptable! Lack of courtesy, politeness and above all a commercial gesture!

The delivery girl, rather than being accommodating, blows, gets annoyed and doesn't even make a small commercial gesture and smiles when I tell her that I will no longer order from them.… to avoid

18/09/2024: At the drive-thru today at noon, we already have to wait on the side... The order arrives and I see no mayonnaise even though I asked for my order. I ask the person (1 lady) if I can have the mayo, she brings me 2! We have 5 fries, order amount €55! I tell her a little more mayo please, not happy, she goes back to get some, and I wait... With children it starts to take a long time. I go down and she arrives with 3 mayons, not happy, not friendly! I told him, change jobs if you're not happy... I'm entitled to my sauces for 55€ of order. She tells me there's no work if you don't know! I tell her that if there's plenty of work, if she's not cut out to work in commerce, she changes. We must not forget that we have customers, and that without customers there is no work! Unacceptable 😡😡😡 Staff to be reviewed.... MC do next to crossroads.

27/07/2024: Apart from the very practical side of the Drive, it is a friendly and well-stocked place which easily meets our daily needs. I recommend the “catering” section as well as the wide choice of pastries! I don't forget the staff, always ready to resolve the slightest problem. Their help is invaluable to the elderly (among others).

28/07/2024: Here's my order : A taco night menu (with fries and drink) A large tray of fries (lol) 8 wings And 2 maroilles gratins And 3 sauces Here is what I received: A stone (without fries and without drink) A large tray with a few fries And the 2 gratins Being a big consumer of tacos and having increased experience in the field, I can say that this is without a doubt the most disgusting tacos I have eaten. Small practical side on the other hand, you can do all types of sport with the taco in your hands, nothing will leak!!!! A small block of stone… The fries aren't great either and are cold The gratin really has no taste We couldn't taste the sauces To top it off, we call the establishment and explain the little problem. He tells us that it's the fault of the delivery man who didn't take the sauces and that the tacos "it's weird you see because we usually put the fries so it's weird that you tell me that », and as a commercial gesture, we have the right to pick up the rest of the order ourselves if we wish.
