30/05/2026: The managers are a couple of new owners who seem very friendly. The problem is, nothing went right. We were given a different room than the one we had booked. There was no hot water, and the TV needed an update or it would freeze. They took our order upon arrival before giving us the keys, but we waited an hour in the restaurant until a waitress came to ask if we had chosen (we hadn't even been given a menu). So, it took another 30 minutes to receive everything, and the portions were ridiculously small for such a high price. There are several other disastrous things. The managers have room for improvement, and I support them, but nothing was right.

24/05/2026: Very warm welcome, very comfortable room, hearty breakfast, relaxing setting, total match between the offer and the service provided.

06/05/2026: Bad experience, very few choices, dishes not really clean, meat that didn't taste good, pistachio and raspberry dessert creams so cut with I don't know what that they had no color and no taste, really a disaster this restaurant.

23/04/2026: The owner gave a discreet welcome, but the entrance glass doors needed cleaning, and that was about it! The waitress was pleasant and sociable. The food quality was average (the sushi counter wasn't very fresh, etc.). The establishment was quiet! There was a regular charge for four children sitting behind the bar.

09/05/2026: Ordered today, no more nuggets for the kids' menu. The owner probably asked the cook to replace them with two chicken dips. She told him two was too small and not enough, but he unfortunately insisted to save money. So I switched to a sausage for the kids' menu... a disappointment for me, the quality of the bread, sauces, etc..... lost a customer as far as I'm concerned.

14/03/2026: I just found out I'm being forced to eat halal food against my will. It's not my religion, and I don't want to fund mosques or contribute to animal suffering. I won't be going back.

12/05/2026: I'm a regular customer at this bakery, but I was greeted by Nadia! What can I say? She's a truly unpleasant person. I received a terrible welcome, not a single smile, and she just sighed whenever I asked for something! I absolutely do not recommend this establishment because of her; it puts me off coming back!

26/02/2026: The very unpleasant, dark-haired saleswoman with glasses didn't give us time to choose; she rushed us, sighed, and became irritated. She asked me to take off my glasses to see better. Perhaps a gentle reminder wouldn't hurt her; we're not responsible for her emotional state.

27/05/2026: It's not fast food, it's slow food. Making the round trip to Soissons is faster, and there might even be a way to get a hot meal!

25/05/2026: At McDonald's, a 35-minute wait for two small wraps and four nuggets... That's hardly fast food. If the wait is like at a restaurant, you might as well go somewhere else. Seriously, you need to improve the speed... I'm changing my mind; I'm coming back at the end of May to wait 40 minutes for a Happy Meal... it's getting worse and worse, and no drinks, no toys. What a great Happy Meal!

22/12/2025: Extremely disappointed. I used to come there with my family, even when I was very young, and since it changed owners, the welcome is gone, it's a depressing place, and the food is cold, even though I'm sure it was cooked a day before. I'll never go there again.
